Who we are

Solana LDN ("Solana", "we") runs house music events in London, Manchester and Ibiza. We decide how the details you give us on this site are used. Contact: eventsbysolana@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your first name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number.
• Your confirmation that you're 18 or over, and which messages you've agreed to receive, with the date, time and exact wording you agreed to.
• How you found the page (for example an Instagram link or a QR code).

How we use it

• To email you about Solana events, tickets and tables, if you ticked the email box.
• To message you on WhatsApp about Solana events, if you ticked the WhatsApp box.
• To keep a record of what you agreed to, so we can show we have your permission.

We rely on your consent for marketing messages. You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email us.

Who else handles it

• Supabase, which stores the sign-up list on servers in London.
• Mailchimp (Intuit), which sends our emails. Mailchimp may process data in the United States under recognised safeguards for international transfers.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and helps block spam sign-ups.

We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're on our list. If you unsubscribe from everything or ask us to delete your details, we remove them, keeping only a minimal record that you opted out, so we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing eventsbysolana@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
